We get it. There are a lot of promises out there about fresh ingredients and classic recipes. So we understand if you’re a bit skeptical. But we take our pizza very seriously and are determined to change the preconceived perceptions of what this classic dish truly is supposed to taste like.
It all starts in Naples, Italy – the birthplace of Neapolitan Pizza. Our Master pizzaiolo sources ingredients that are only local and authentic to the region including San Marazano tomatoes, Caputo “00” Flour, and Mozzarella di Bufala. We hand stretch each pizza crust before cooking in our brick ovens and then hand top before wrapping and delivery to your local retailer.
The result is a traditional Neapolitan style pizza you don’t need a passport for.
